ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1 to 6 business days after being placed on our website.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During periods of high demand such as Black Friday, holiday sales, or special promotions, processing times may be slightly extended due to increased order volume.

Once your order has been processed and verified, it will be shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.


SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

We offer international shipping through trusted third-party carriers.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Delivery: 7–12 business days (depending on product demand and destination).

  • High-demand or peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, promotions): Delivery may take 2–3 weeks in exceptional cases.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control.


TRACKING & SHIPPING INSURANCE

All shipments are fully insured and include a tracking number, which will be provided to you via email once your order has been dispatched. This allows you to monitor your package at all times.


ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY & DELIVERY ISSUES

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

  • If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address and does not notify us immediately (before the order is shipped), no refund will be issued if the package is lost or undeliverable.

  • If delivery is attempted and the customer cannot be contacted, the carrier may leave a notice. If the package is not collected within 15 days, it may be returned as lost with no eligibility for a refund.

  • Once an order has been shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address, as shipments are handled by third-party logistics partners.

Amarantto Jewels is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses, relocation, or similar customer-related circumstances.


CUSTOMS, TAXES & DUTIES

Delivery times may be affected by customs procedures, inspections, or local regulations.

Amarantto Jewels is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges imposed by local authorities. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Failure to pay customs fees will not qualify the order for a refund.


LOST OR UNDELIVERED ORDERS

RETURNS & SHIPPING COSTS

Any return requested for any reason must follow our Return & Refund Policy.

Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, while we will cover the cost of sending a replacement if applicable.


BRAND & PRODUCT NOTICE

Amarantto Jewels does not sell third-party branded products and does not include external logos or trademarks on any of its jewelry items.
