RETURN WINDOW
You have 45 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, notify us immediately at info@amaranttojewels.com, including clear photos of the product and packaging. We will evaluate the case and provide a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene, safety, and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Earrings, piercings, or any opened jewelry accessories.

Custom or personalized items.

Gift cards.

Products marked as Final Sale or purchased during special clearance promotions.

EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you would like a different size, style, or design, simply return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is approved.
EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.
Returned items must be:

This right applies in addition to our 45-day commercial return policy.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
