How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Estimated delivery time is 7 to 12 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.
During peak seasons such as Black Friday, Christmas, or special promotions, delivery may take up to 2–3 weeks due to high demand and external logistics factors.
Please note that order processing takes 1 to 6 business days before shipment.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

You have up to 45 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return, provided the item is unused, in original condition, with tags and original packaging.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, you may return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order after approval.
